Take some time to prepare how you’d like to introduce yourself but remember we want to get to know your best self, so be natural. There is no need to start with the personal details we can read on your resume, but we would love to know about your previous experiences and how they relate to the role you’re applying for.
A little research goes a long way, so take a look at relevant interview questions that would relate to your role and think about how you would answer them with specific examples.
The world has changed and face to face interviews aren’t always possible but when connecting with one of our talent experts remotely, don’t read off your resume or a written script thinking they won’t notice. Instead, let your personality shine through and showcase your confidence!
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. We encourage fact-finding so prepare your questions in advance and ask away!

Your first interview will be with a friendly Liveware Labs recruitment expert who will take the time to hear your story and understand not only what you can bring, but what you are looking for from an employer as well. We know this is a two-way street.
After impressing us with your super resume, awesome skills and the right attitude we will organise a second interview for you directly with the client. These interviews are generally between 20 – 40 minutes long and are the final stage of the interview process.
We know that circumstances change, so if you decide the role is no longer for you, cancel the interview yourself in the calendar. It’s as simple as that!
