Q: Tell us a bit about yourself and your role at Liveware Labs.
My mates call me Belle, and I have been working as a Data Entry Specialist for over a year. However, I want to believe that my role is to bring laughter and happiness to my peers in the workplace.
Q: What do you like the most about working here at Liveware Labs?
The people. I believe that one of the main contributions to a healthy workplace is their people, their interaction and what they bring to the table. In Liveware, I’ve interacted with many people with such amazing personalities that make me amped up for the day.
Q: Can you share a project or achievement at Liveware Labs that you’re particularly proud of?
I’ve always been amazed by the several projects of the company, particularly the Liveware Cares campaign. The company selects lucky organizations to which we can extend our holiday spirits. Just recently, the campaign reached one of the foster homes in Makati and brought holiday cheer to the children; it was so heartwarming to see the smiles on the faces of the children and the stories of how happy they felt receiving their gifts.
Q: How do you maintain a work-life balance while giving your best at work?
Time organization and boundaries. These two are the most important factors in maintaining a work-life balance, ensuring that all the daily tasks are done within working hours and setting boundaries for yourself to avoid early burnout in your personal and professional life.
Q: Finally, tell us something unique about yourself or a fun fact not many know!
This being my first big girl job, I wasn’t fond of nicknames, and my given name was a mouthful; hence, the name Belle was given by my peers here in Liveware.
